Rebekah Cardenas has over ??? years of experience as both an internal and external organizational consultant. She has served as Project Manager for numerous public and private sector assessment and development engagements. Rebekah has also facilitated numerous meetings, workshops and retreats, assisting clients in areas such as strategic planning, communication strategy development, training, engagement, and role clarification.
Rebekah is a trained Assessor and has served as an executive coach for several high-potential leaders. As an organizational development and leadership specialist, she coordinated change management practices, facilitated organizational change efforts, and developed and conducted employee surveys. She has also utilized competency modeling techniques within multiple federal government agencies and large-scale assessment projects.
Rebekah has partnered with numerous organizations to develop and validate customized pre-employment screening tools and structured interviews. She has strong quantitative skills including data management and statistical analysis. In addition to consulting, Rebekah is also a contributing faculty member within the Psychology Department at Walden University.
Rebekah holds both an M.S. in Psychology and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University.
