Justin has been a consultant with E·A·S·I–Consult® since 2011. His duties primarily involve assisting with test development, test validation and statistical analyses to support these efforts. Analyses involve the use of inferential and descriptive statistics.
Additionally, Justin has extensive experience with creating visual representations of data. Furthermore, he has experience with conducting analyses to determine the validity and reliability of employment assessments. Justin has assisted other consultants in the design and implementation of a number of selection assessments both off-the-shelf and one’s that are tailored to the client’s needs.
Since the fall of 2012, Justin has been enrolled at Saint Louis University pursuing his Ph.D. While pursuing his doctorate Justin has learned and mastered numerous research and statistical methods that are essential to completing and improving the work done with E·A·S·I–Consult. Justin has also had experience with test validation and development for research purposes. He has taken numerous courses that provide him with knowledge on best practices for developing and validating employment assessments. Justin has presented research at professional conferences.
