Joseph A. Gier, Ph.D.
Vice President Consulting Services
Joe serves as Vice President, Consulting Services for EASI·Consult®. In this role, he provides consulting services to various manufacturing, retail and service companies, and various U.S. governmental agencies. Joe leads the design, validation and implementation of testing and interviewing systems for a range of professional and front-line personnel. These systems use tried-and-true components which tailor each test and interview resulting in both accurate and cost-effective solutions.
In addition to these testing systems, Joe has developed and delivered leadership assessment and development programs, and executive coaching that resulted in the accelerated development and increased effectiveness of leaders in numerous organizations throughout the world. Joe’s efforts also include the development of competency models and assessment programs for federal agencies such as the Department of Defense and General Services Administration.
Prior to joining EASI·Consult®, Joe spent 11 years with large consulting firms where he provided consulting services to a variety of companies and government agencies throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe, including the FBI, the IRS, and the United States Postal Service.
Joe holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior from the University of Nebraska an is a licensed psychologist in the State of Texas. He is a frequent presenter at professional conferences and has published in various journals.
