David Hoff and Dr. Warner Burke were featured at a noon webinar where they discussed their new book, Developing Learning Agility-Using the Burke Assessments. Professional Conferences
The Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychologists (SIOP) held its 2023 SIOP Annual Conference in Boston, Massachusetts, April 19 – 23. The conference was attended by over 5,000 participants/psychologists.
Founder and CEO of E.A.S.I-Consult, Dr. David Smith, was an invited speaker to participate in a panel of his co-authors for the upcoming SIOP and Oxford University Press sponsored “Handbook on I-O Practices: Insights from Seasoned Practicioners.”
Two groundbreaking and recurring topics throughout the conference included the challenges of I-O psychologists to ensure artificial intelligence (AI) is not abused in the hiring of minority and disabled applicants and the overuse of intelligence/cognitive ability testing for hiring and promotions. As a result, professionally developed structured interviews have been identified as the best predictor of job performance!

Burke Learning Agility Certification Sessions
Certification sessions allow participants to administer and give feedback on the Burke Learning Agility Suite of Assessments. Certification can be accomplished virtually online or through in-person sessions.
