EASI•Consult® will be traveling to several conferences this spring to promote the Burke Learning Agility InventoryTM and the launch of the new 360 Degree Burke Learning Agility SurveyTM.
Last year, EASI•Consult partnered with Warner Burke, Ph.D., a researcher and professor from Teachers College, Columbia University, to bring to market an online assessment of learning agility. The tool is currently being used for talent development, training, and succession planning, as it provides an overall learning agility score, as well as individual scores for the nine learning agility dimensions it measures.
Each dimension score is accompanied by a short narrative that explains the dimension and provides recommendations on how to improve in each area.
After studying learning agility for more than five years – and realizing no well-researched measurement tools existed – Burke created the inventory with his colleagues at Teachers College.
Members of the EASI•Consult team will be exhibiting at several top industry conferences and events along the east coast and across the globe to provide information about the Burke Learning Agility Inventory.
On Tuesday, April 11, EASI•Consult’s COO Dave Hoff will lead a morning long Sydney Showcase at Regus Sydney Circular Quay, Level 34, 50 Bridge St., Sydney NSW 2000. The presentation will cover the Burke Learning Agility Inventory and the new 360 Degree Burke Learning Agility Survey.
EASI•Consult will occupy Booth #606 at the 2017 Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology Conference, set for Thursday, April 27, through Saturday, April 29 at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Members of the EASI•Consult team will also host a reception for select conference attendees. Dr. Burke will appear at the booth and offer remarks during the reception.
And Wednesday, May 17 through Thursday, May 18, EASI•Consult will participate in the 6th Annual Assessing and Developing Potential and Performance Summit as a platinum partner and featured exhibitor. The conference will be held in Chicago, Illinois at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, 2233 S. King Drive.
At each event, EASI•Consult team members will be available to answer questions about the Burke Learning Agility Inventory, which is a research-validated assessment. Details will be available as to how to become certified to administer the assessment, which is a requirement for its use.
